Seven PPNs are now established - PPN North West, PPN North East and Yorkshire, PPN Midlands, PPN East of England, PPN South East, PPN South West and PPN London.

I'm training to be a psychological professional. Can I still join the PPN?

Yes. All trainees undertaking accredited training programmes which, upon completion, will qualify them to become a Psychological Professional Member of the PPN.

I'm an assistant or associate psychological professional. Can I still join the PPN?

Yes. Assistant and associate psychological professionals (e.g. assistant psychologists) can join the PPN as a psychological professional member. You can join if you are in an assistant or associate post in an NHS commissioned service, under the direct supervision of a qualified member of one of the 12 psychological professions.

I'm not a psychological professional. Can I still join the PPN?

Yes. Leaders, managers and commissioners, experts by experience etc. and other clinicians with a special interest in psychological practice, who work with the NHS but are not psychological professionals, are all eligible to become Stakeholder members. How much does membership cost?

Membership of your regional Psychological Professions Network is free for both psychological professionals and stakeholders.

How are the regional PPNs funded?

The regional PPNs are commissioned by Health Education England and are free to members.
